Unwind at Alma Bodega
Two souls, one mind united in the Alma concept. They are head chef Wouter van Laarhoven and his partner Malou Hagenaars. In November 2019, they began to turn the top floor of De Swaen’s historical premises on De Lind in Oisterwijk into their ultimate dream: their own restaurant where everything is just perfect. In their fine dining restaurant, it’s all about quality and luxury. The catering couple run a second, accessible bistro-style eatery on the ground floor of the building. That’s Alma Bodega.
Alma Bodega is an accessible and creative introduction, as it were, to our restaurant on the first floor. It’s the first rung on the ladder to head chef’s Wouter’s culinary highlights. The bodega welcomes guests from Tuesday to Sunday from noon onwards for informal lunches, delicious dinners or simply a good glass of wine and tasty bites. Relax and enjoy yourself in a stylish ambiance.
